About The Position

Vanguard Auto Group is searching for 1 energetic and self-motivated individual to lead our sales team in a BDC capacity. Internet BDC experience is required. Your role will be important in allowing an exciting and enjoyable experience. Requirements

• Strong communication, organization, time management, computer and basic math skills
• Team player with positive energy and an eagerness to improve
• Competitive and self-motivated attitude that thrives on goals
• Previous Internet experience
• Previous management experience
• Automotive industry experience

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute outbound internet and phone campaigns
• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales and service forecasts
• Ensure all leads are followed up with in a timely manner
• Manage day-to-day activities of the BDC Sales & Service
• Collect and analyze lead metrics
• Work closely with department managers to develop appointment setting strategies
• Answer customer inquiries and calls
