As a Sales Manager, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on our business and in the lives of our team members and customers every day. The Internet Director's primary role in the dealership is to respond to guests that inquire about a vehicle advertised on-line utilizing phone and email methods. The Sale Advisor works with customers who visit the store directly taking them through the initial buying process through to the final sale.

Requirements

  • Must be self-motivated.
  • Must have experience in team building.
  • Must be able to create and maintain guest relationships
  • Strong computer & phone skills
  • Experience utilizing and maintaining a guest relations management database
  • Prior automotive sales or retail experience, guest service, call center, or business development experience a plus
  • Maintain professional business attire and appearance
  • Bi-lingual is always a plus
  • Self-motivated and a team player
  • Must be a minimum of eighteen years of age
  • Must have a valid Driver's License
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings (background & drug test)
  • Must have at least 1-3 years Internet Sales or Sales Manager experience
  • A Colorado sales license is required for this position.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior automotive sales or retail experience, guest service, call center, or business development experience a plus
  • Bi-lingual is always a plus

Responsibilities

  • Contacting and communicating with guests to identify needs using the Asbury selling process.
  • Manage Internet Team to store required metrics
  • Manage Internet Team to store internet work cadence.
  • Manage Sales team to store standard CTI phone calls.
  • Answer internet leads within the stores required time and email product information with pricing
  • Answer sales phone calls and set appointments for guests
  • Confirm appointments
  • Make outbound phone calls to follow up with guests on inquiry, after the sale, and for repeat business.
