Requirements
- Strong communication skills (phone, text, and email)
- High level of urgency and accountability

Nice To Haves
- Previous automotive or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Respond to all internet inquiries within 5 minutes or less
- Contact customers via phone, text, and email
- Schedule and confirm showroom appointments
- Build value in Gerald Hyundai’s Lifetime Warranty (unlimited time and miles)
- Communicate our large inventory selection to customers
- Follow up consistently to ensure appointments show
- Work closely with the sales team to support customer visits
- Track all communication and activity in the CRM

- Pay range for this position: $45,000 - $80,000 per year
- Exact compensation may vary based on several factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, and education.
