Automotive Internet Sales Associates needed at Bob Bell Nissan / Kia Sell New and Used vehicles! If you enjoy working with people, are tech-savvy, and have the drive to succeed, this is an excellent opportunity to build a rewarding career with a family-owned dealership. Responsibilities: Respond promptly to all internet inquiries, including email leads and phone calls. Engage with online leads to schedule appointments for vehicle demonstrations. Guide customers to product information and resources, both online and in-store. Accurately deliver customer inquiries and messages to the appropriate sales staff or department. Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach at all times. Qualifications: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed goals. Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM systems. Prior automotive or sales experience is a plus, but not required. Goal-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
