Responsibilities

Respond promptly to internet leads and online inquiries
Communicate with customers via phone, text, and email to answer questions and provide vehicle information
Schedule appointments for customers to visit the dealership
Assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs and budget
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system
Follow up with potential buyers to maintain engagement and build relationships
Work closely with the sales and finance teams to support the purchase process
Stay informed about vehicle inventory, pricing, and current promotions
Meet and exceed monthly sales and appointment goals
