About The Position
We welcome applications from students who are: Currently enrolled in a high school, college, or university program Seeking experience in a healthcare environment Interested in exploring different clinical or administrative areas Professional, motivated, and eager to learn No prior healthcare experience is required. This internship is intended for exposure and learning. Requirements
- Must submit proof of active student status
- Must complete onboarding requirements
- Must adhere to Community Hospital policies, professionalism standards, and confidentiality requirements
Responsibilities
- Shadowing staff members
- Assisting with basic administrative tasks
- Supporting project work
- Attending team or department meetings
- Observing patient care processes (non-clinical)
- Completing learning objectives agreed upon with department mentors
