Growing together. The Interventional Spine Physician provides non‑surgical care for patients with acute and chronic spine‑related conditions. This role focuses on the evaluation, diagnosis, and interventional management of musculoskeletal and spine disorders, with the goal of improving function, reducing pain, and supporting quality outcomes through a patient‑centered, team‑based care model.

Requirements

  • Board‑certified or board‑eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R)
  • Fellowship Trained in Interventional Spine
  • Active or eligible state medical license
  • DEA registration or ability to obtain

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with fluoroscopy‑guided and/or ultrasound‑guided procedures
  • Outpatient spine or musculoskeletal practice experience

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and manage patients with cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine conditions
  • Perform interventional spine procedures, including: Epidural steroid injections
  • Facet joint injections and medial branch blocks
  • Radiofrequency ablation (RFA)
  • Sacroiliac joint and trigger point injections
  • Develop individualized, non surgical treatment plans
  • Review diagnostic imaging and relevant clinical data
  • Collaborate with physical therapy, pain management, orthopedic, neurosurgical, and primary care teams
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards
  • Participate in quality, safety, and clinical improvement initiatives
