About The Position

Position Summary: An inventory clerk is responsible for maintaining accurate records of raw materials, work-in-progress inventory, and finished goods within the warehouse, stock room or production floor.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Proficient with inventory management systems and computer applications
  • Basic math skills for calculations
  • Good organization skills and ability to prioritize task

Responsibilities

  • Update inventory management system.
  • Regularly conduct physical counts of inventory.
  • Verifies quantities and quality of received materials.
  • Coordinate with production planning, purchasing, and quality control teams to maintain smooth inventory flow.
  • Skill in handling multiple task and prioritizing.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work with frequent interruptions and changes in priorities.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with other employees and the public.
  • Knowledge of basic mathematics.
  • Skill in establishing and maintaining good working relationships with all Fidelity team.
  • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
