Inventory Control Analyst
About The Position
OverviewThe Specialist will utilize their understanding of the business and analysis tools to create reports related to inventory control work in our distribution center in Las Vegas. In addition, this person will be required and present them to management. They will serve as the integration layer between the LVDC and corporate offices on any inventory related question or issue. What You'll Do Gaining and understanding the Warehouse Management system (Manhattan), ERP(SAP) and other key systems as needed. Collecting inventory and order data from those systems Supporting inventory control team by identifying and analyzing inventory discrepancies Assisting in monitoring and resolving issues between the Warehouse Management System and ERP Assisting in improving inventory integrity by monitoring inventory adjustments and understanding root operational causes Maintaining detailed documentation of analysis and report development Reports SOX Inventory Compliance data and speaks on any variances from the control You will be responsible for generating Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly reports and provide management with those results What You'll Bring to the Table Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 2 Years’ professional level experience working in automated warehouse / distribution environment Strong knowledge / experience of WMS (Manhattan WM) Advanced proficiency in ERPs (SAP) Ability to create legible reports ad-hoc and through business intelligence systems (Power BI) Advanced skills in SQL (Developer) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of SOX Compliance preferred The Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to a diverse and inclusive work environment. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2 Years’ professional level experience working in automated warehouse / distribution environment
- Strong knowledge / experience of WMS (Manhattan WM)
- Advanced proficiency in ERPs (SAP)
- Ability to create legible reports ad-hoc and through business intelligence systems (Power BI)
- Advanced skills in SQL (Developer)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of SOX Compliance preferred
