Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds

Nice To Haves

  • Warehouse experience preferred
  • Prior experience with Excel, Outlook, NetSuite, and Deposco (Auditing) preferred
  • High attention to detail
  • Familiarity with Blackstone’s item catalog

Responsibilities

  • Perform cycle counts as scheduled
  • Perform inventory audits as requested
  • Research inventory discrepancies
  • Perform inventory adjustments in NetSuite if necessary
  • Perform periodic synchronization audits between NetSuite and Deposco
  • Identify and correct errors in inventory transactions
  • Track inventory and transaction discrepancies and causes, report them to appropriate managers and suggest solutions
  • Manage Shipments in Transit and Open PO reports and keep them up to date
  • Identify out-of-place items (including non-inventory, in-transit items, unknown items) and move them to the appropriate location
  • Help organize and participate in the quarterly and annual audits
  • Periodically review Cycle Count Profiles and suggest improvements
  • Reprint and apply location labels
  • Assist other areas as needed
