Inventory Control Clerk - GVR
About The Position
Description: Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting Station Casinos' "We Win Hearts" Company-wide culture. Process Food and Beverage invoices. Must have the ability to balance receiver to invoice and input PO's into JDE. Process Warehouse pick slips. Scan invoices into ICG and complete HUDE process in ICG Work Flow. Generate and process blanket PO's. Check vendor bids and complete short pays. Complete basic inventory functions at month end such as counting and using inventory scanners. Descripción: Responsable de practicar, apoyar y promover la cultura de toda la Compañía "We Win Hearts" de Station Casinos. Procesar facturas de comidas y bebidas. Debe tener la capacidad para hacer el balance del receptor para facturar e ingresar órdenes de compra en JDE. Procesar las boletas de recogida del almacén. Escanear facturas en ICG y completar el proceso HUDE en ICG Work Flow. Generar y procesar órdenes de compra generales. Verificar las ofertas de los proveedores y completar los pequeños pagos. Completar las funciones básicas de inventario al final del mes, como contar y usar escáneres de inventario.
Requirements
- Must have Inventory Control JDE and ICG knowledge and experience
- Must be able to perform basic data entry
- Must be efficient with 10 key
- Must have good organizational skills
- Must be flexible with daily responsibilities and work schedule
- Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management
