About The Position

Please note this position is based in our Aurora, CO Distribution Center. This is for our outbound shift, and it starts at 3:00pm. Inventory Control Coordinator is responsible for the accuracy and flow of inventory through the distribution center by cycle counting, maintaining slotting profile, reviewing FIFO violations, expiration violations, and reporting opportunities to management. The position works closely with the management team to track trends and identify opportunities to improve.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1 years’ experience in logistics, inventory control, supply management
Knowledge of WMS and /or ERP systems
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong verbal and written communication skills

Nice To Haves

Experience with Perishable foods preferred

Responsibilities

Document new items into the WMS system; ensure system is up to date with any changes to existing items.
Perform cycle counts on product to true up the inventory.
Check for proper rotation (FIFO) on all items in storage.
Verify all items are being stored in the proper temperature zone.
Record all damaged product and or poor quality product that are removed from the system.
Maintain slotting profile.
Manage reporting system.
