Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to analyze and reconcile inventory discrepancies
• Strong computer skills and experience running inventory reports
• Forklift experience preferred (training available)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to safety and operational accuracy
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of inventory processes
• High school diploma or GED required
• 1+ year of warehouse, inventory, or industrial experience preferred

Nice To Haves

• Experience in construction, industrial, or distribution environments is a plus

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory levels through cycle counts and audits
• Oversee and perform regular cycle counts and investigate discrepancies
• Assist with periodic physical inventory audits
• Compare and reconcile system inventory levels with physical stock counts
• Maintain organized and accurate inventory records
• Receive, stock, and fulfill inventory orders for customers
• Operate forklifts or other warehouse equipment as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow company safety policies and encourage safe practices across the team
• Run inventory reports and analyze data to support inventory accuracy
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as needed
