About The Position

You set the tone—policies are followed, tools are in place, and every associate understands that safety and wellness come first, reinforced through Beyond Zero initiatives. From there, you move seamlessly into coordinating people, priorities, and resources—keeping the warehouse humming while aligning with site and company strategy.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college with a minimum of 3 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft applications, web-based tools, and CMMS software.

Nice To Haves

  • Foundational business acumen (contracts, understanding the customer’s business, negotiation, billing models, financial exposure, and relationship building).
  • Planner/scheduler experience is ideal.

Responsibilities

  • Own safety and housekeeping: Manage the Site Safety Program, ensure all policies are observed, and uphold housekeeping standards using 5S.
  • Champion wellness: Demonstrate leadership for employee safety and wellness through Beyond Zero initiatives.
  • Translate vision into action: Maintain a deep grasp of site-level and company-wide strategic initiatives, and help the team understand how daily actions drive results.
  • Lead change effectively: Support and implement new processes and procedures with site staff, ensuring adoption and clarity.
  • Model ATS culture: Drive day-to-day team execution using leadership competencies that reflect ATS values; operate with self-motivation and emotional intelligence.
  • Grow your team: Manage performance, create development opportunities, and provide one-on-one mentoring for career planning, training, and skill building.
  • Deliver business results: Ensure the Operating System is understood, reinforced, and embedded across the team.
  • Improve with data: Partner with the Site Manager to measure and report key maintenance performance indicators, perform root cause analyses, and drive action items that remove barriers and enable continuous improvement.
  • Be the customer conduit: Communicate and escalate priorities, issues, and equipment status as needed—helping sustain a positive, profitable customer relationship.
  • Control costs: Assist the Site Manager in managing labor, overtime, and material consumption; approve all team overtime.
  • Keep work on track: Review work orders, protect schedule adherence, and close gaps quickly.
  • Lead the room: Conduct and participate in team meetings as an influential leader.
