About The Position

All America Threaded Products has an opportunity available for an Inventory Control Team Member! This position will have a starting hourly pay of $17-$20 per hour , and is eligible for our full benefits package , including health, dental, life, 401k, and on-demand payment options to access your pay when you need it. The Workweek for this position is Full-Time , (40 hours per week) Monday –Thursday from 7:30am to 5:30pm (occasional flexibility required). This position will be on-site at our facility in Lancaster, PA. Starting Pay Range: $17-$20 per hour with on-demand pay options available. Bonus Incentives: $200-$500 per month Benefits : Medical, dental, vision, short term and long-term disability, 401(k), and paid holidays and vacation. Shift: Monday –Thursday from 7:30am to 5:30pm (3-day weekend, every weekend!). Job Duties and Responsibilities: All America Threaded Products is one of the USA’s leading manufactures of threaded rods, threaded studs, U-bolts, and anchor bolts. Our inventory control team, which reports to the inventory control supervisor, is responsible for keeping precise counts of the products and materials we have on-hand. This will involve walking the floors, taking inventory of products, and keeping our product storage areas stocked so our warehouse team can quickly access products that need to be shipped out. This position will be expected to use a forklift (training can be provided) to keep our warehouses stocked and move product to the appropriate location. The inventory control team is responsible for two warehouses, so travel between the two during business hours will be done using a company vehicle. Tasks are assigned on a rotating basis including, but not limited to: Performing Cycle Counts in accordance with Company policy. Completing Stock Checks requested by various internal departments. Putting away material from Receiving, Production, Returns, or Quality Control. Replenishing warehouse pick locations and production lines. Consolidating same items to reduce bin locations used and increase cubic volume utilization. Participating in process improvement projects. Traveling by company vehicle to offsite warehouse during normal business hours. Completing other tasks assigned by Inventory Control Management. Who we are seeking in an applicant: The idea candidate for this position will have at least 2 years of proven success in a warehouse, industrial, or other inventory control setting, or an educational equivalent. We are willing to train a coachable candidate. We are also seeking a candidate with: A “Coachable” attitude and a willingness to learn new skills and responsibilities. Ideally have experience working in a busy warehouse or distribution center environment Must be willing to operate various types of PIT required; previous experience preferred. Prior Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience and basic computer skills preferred. Requirements

The idea candidate for this position will have at least 2 years of proven success in a warehouse, industrial, or other inventory control setting, or an educational equivalent.
