Responsible for managing inventory, supporting procurement activities, and preparing customer equipment to support service provisioning operations. Ensure materials and equipment are accurately tracked, organized, and ready for deployment. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate tracking and control of company inventory. Receive, store, issue, and document equipment for service orders, work orders, and RMAs. Perform inventory counts and assist with audits. Monitor inventory levels and support purchasing and procurement needs. Prepare, provision, test, and refurbish customer equipment (CPE, routers, etc.). Assemble equipment kits for installations and service calls. Coordinate with IT, Outside Plant, and Accounting on inventory and equipment needs. Track equipment orders and verify received items against purchase documentation. Manage RMAs and assist with equipment lifecycle and disposal processes.
