About The Position

Support warehouse, inventory, and purchasing operations by maintaining accurate part and inventory data in Fishbowl, coordinating replenishment and purchase orders, and supporting cycle count processes across all warehouse locations. This role plays a key part in ensuring inventory accuracy, system integrity, and timely material availability.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • One (1) year of related experience may be accepted in place of a degree.
  • Basic understanding of inventory, purchasing, and warehouse processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and follow-through.
  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk as needed throughout the day.
  • Frequent use of computers and office equipment.
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

  • Create, update, and maintain part numbers and inventory data in Fishbowl.
  • Process Kojo/Kline 360 orders and submit purchase orders to vendors.
  • Review replenishment purchase orders for accuracy prior to submission.
  • Ensure accuracy of part details including UOM, cost, supplier, lead time, and MOQ.
  • Remove inactive or obsolete parts from Fishbowl across warehouse locations.
  • Respond to warehouse requests for new parts or data corrections.
  • Maintain A, B, and C inventory classifications across warehouses.
  • Generate and track cycle counts per SOP and follow up for completion.
  • Compile cycle count variances and cost impacts for review.
  • Assist with purchasing-related accounting inquiries.
  • Support updates to SOPs and training documentation as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with warehouse teams and internal departments.
