The Design Solutions and Integration Inventory & Receiving Clerk based in Midland, TX is required to handle incoming shipments & control/maintain inventory. Duties include but are not limited to planning, storage, control, and distribution of materials and products according to company needs. Requirements

  • Familiarity with supply chain and inventory management systems.
  • Experience in shipping and receiving.
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Punctual - Live within 30 miles of our office
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Microsoft Office – Word & Excel
  • Proficient typing skills
  • Outlook/Email experience

Responsibilities

  • Assist in implementing inventory software & procedures.
  • Collaborate with Purchasing to determine miscellaneous supply needs.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers.
  • Receiving shipments and organizing parts for each project.
  • Pick inventory material for upcoming projects.
  • Control inventory levels and ensure inventory is kept in check.
  • Keep detailed records on procurement, material quantities, backorders, etc.
