About The Position

Provides technical, clerical, regulatory and secretarial support to the Investigational Drug Service; assists with protocol related audits; assures that all pharmacy paperwork related to clinical trials is complete. The starting salary for this position is $53,413 annually which includes a comprehensive benefits package. The listed pay range reflects the range of potential compensation for this role. The actual offer may vary based on qualifications, skills, and experience.

Requirements

  • Certification as a Pharmacy Technician (cPhT) from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB).
  • High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma and the equivalent of three (3) years of full-time experience in a hospital pharmacy setting.
  • NOTE: Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.

Nice To Haves

  • The preferred candidate will have IV preparation experience, be IV chemo trained and be a certified technician.
