We are hiring Investment Advisors who want to work with high-net-worth investors and help them access institutional-grade investment strategies across public markets, private investments, tax strategies, estate planning and alternatives. The Role The Investment Advisor is responsible for converting investor interest into client relationships and guiding clients through the investment process. You will manage the entire client acquisition process, from initial discovery through onboarding and portfolio implementation. This role works closely with Lumida’s investment team, marketing team, and client services team to deliver a seamless client experience.

Requirements

  • Series 65 license
  • Experience in wealth management, private banking, financial advisory, or investment sales
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to explain sophisticated investment strategies clearly
  • High level of organization and sales discipline
  • Experience working with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce Preferred

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth clients
  • Familiarity with public markets, private markets, tax strategies, estate planning and alternatives
  • Experience managing a structured sales pipeline

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to inbound inquiries
  • Engage prospective clients introduced through the Lumida network
  • Conduct discovery meetings to understand client financial goals and portfolio structure
  • Present Lumida’s investment platform and strategies to prospective clients
  • Convert qualified opportunities into new client relationships
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from discovery through client onboarding
  • Maintain disciplined follow-up with prospective clients
  • Track all interactions, meetings, and opportunities within HubSpot CRM
  • Ensure all client records, notes, and deal stages are accurately maintained
  • Coordinate with internal teams to move opportunities through the pipeline
  • Guide clients through account opening and custodial setup by working with Client Services
  • Assist clients in transferring assets and implementing portfolio strategies
  • Coordinate onboarding with Lumida’s client service and operations teams
  • Ensure a smooth transition from prospect to active client
  • Engage with prospects generated through Lumida inbound leads, events, webinars, and content campaigns
  • Support outbound outreach initiatives and follow-up campaigns
  • Participate in networking and business development activities to expand Lumida’s client base
  • Maintain trusted relationships with new clients during the early stages of engagement
  • Provide education around Lumida’s investment strategies and platform
  • Ensure a high-touch, white-glove client experience
