Central Trust Company is seeking an Investment Associate to join our team. We are seeking someone that is detail oriented, an effective communicator, and a team player. As an Investment Associate, you will work with Portfolio Managers to address client needs through meeting preparation, and client documentation.

Requirements

• Proficient with computer software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Team oriented with the ability to adapt and prioritize quickly to changing department needs.
• Ability to take direction and multitask.
• Ability to stay organized.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• No industry experience required

Nice To Haves

• Undergraduate degree in business such as finance, economics, or accounting
• Participation in CFA, or CFP program
• 3 years industry experience

Responsibilities

• Meet with investment officers and anticipate monthly needs regarding compliance reviews and the creation of any needed documentation such as concentration letters, retention letters, and Investment Policy Statements
• Communicate with clients as needed regarding compliance related items
• Assist investment officers with financial planning data entry, investment research reports, or other client deliverable tasks
• Create investment reports as needed for client meetings
• Attend and participate in pre-call meetings
