As an Executive Director in the Investment Banking & Wholesale Credit Risk Executive Content team, you will support strategic projects that help our senior executives run a best-in-class Risk Management & Compliance organization. You will be responsible for managing a team which delivers executive content for leadership meetings, planning, strategy offsites, and contributing to ongoing credit risk data analysis and presentations that inform decision-making. In addition to providing executive support, you will help set standards and promote best practices for developing clear, concise, and impactful presentations across Wholesale Credit Risk. You will have exposure to a diverse set of topics and credit risk areas, as well as opportunities to influence strategy, find creative solutions and build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 12+ years in wholesale/credit risk, finance, or risk analytics in large financial institutions/ consulting; 5+ years leading executive reporting/ governance for senior forums.
  • Deep Financial Services expertise in Credit Risk Management, Wholesale Banking products, Strategy or product/ process transformation
  • Executive-level communicator and influencer (negotiation, presentation, analytical problem solving) who drives outcomes without formal authority.
  • Sound judgment and independent decision-making, paired with trusted cross functional relationships and the courage to challenge and improve engagement models.
  • Operational discipline: clear governance, deadlines, exceptional planning and time management across multiple priorities; proven program and change leadership, organizational effectiveness, and business resiliency.
  • Proven ability to build strong partnerships and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, including senior-level executives
  • Strong, clear, and concise written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior leaders and other stakeholders, and prepare executive-level communications on complex, nuanced concepts
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and advanced skills in Excel and Teams, with expertise in PowerPoint and Pitch Pro for executive grade analysis and communication.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end pipeline of wholesale credit risk executive content—from agenda setting to production, collaborating with senior stakeholders in the credit risk organization and data providers, ensuring materials are accurate, concise, and decision-oriented for Board and Risk Committees, and Sr. Executive forums.
  • Maintain a forward calendar of all potential executive content updates required for Board and Risk Committees, and Sr. Executive forums in partnership with the committee secretaries.
  • Extract and analyze wholesale credit data, translating analysis into executive content, narratives and infographics.
  • Design and deliver executive content for major governance bodies and offsites, with precise informational content for senior leadership.
  • Drive program management excellence across multiple concurrent deliverables, enforcing disciplined timelines and quality checks.
  • Manage and develop team, provide coaching and feedback on how to craft strong executive-level presentations.
  • Partner with a diverse network of stakeholders spanning across levels and businesses/functional groups in the credit risk organization, including LOB credit risk teams.
  • Demonstrate exceptional judgement, problem solving skills, and resourcefulness.
