About The Position

Are you passionate about financial modeling, data analytics, and real estate investment strategy? Do you enjoy blending traditional financial analysis with modern analytical tools to drive smarter decision‑making? If so, we want you on our team. We’re seeking an Investment Analyst to support our Acquisition & Investment Analytics team. In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of real estate, finance, and data—helping enhance underwriting accuracy, improve portfolio insights, and support major acquisition and syndication decisions. What You’ll Do Uphold the highest standards of integrity while following company policies and all regulatory requirements. Build and refine financial models using Excel and Python. Extract, clean, and transform data using SQL, Excel, and Python to support underwriting, portfolio analytics, and market research. Assist in developing automated dashboards using Power BI or Tableau. Support predictive analytics initiatives (e.g., rent forecasting, risk scoring, occupancy trends). Conduct scenario, sensitivity, and Monte Carlo analyses to evaluate risk‑adjusted returns. Research real estate markets, asset classes, tenants, and portfolio performance to support financial modeling. Update and enhance existing models with feedback from senior team members. Prepare clear, concise documentation and analysis summaries for presentations, proposals, and internal reports. Translate complex quantitative findings into actionable, business-friendly insights. Support ad‑hoc reporting and special projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Finance, Economics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field).
  • 0–2 years of work experience.
  • Advanced Excel skills (Power Query and VBA a plus).
  • Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit‑learn preferred).
  • Ability to build dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.
  • Strong SQL skills for data extraction and transformation.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify analytical findings.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree is a plus (MS in Business Analytics, Data Science, Finance, or Applied Economics).
  • Exposure to data analytics, quantitative modeling, or real estate analytics is a plus.
  • Experience with real estate tools such as ARGUS, CoStar, or Yardi is a plus.
