You will be a part of the centralized Nomura Asset Management International equity analyst pool reporting to the Director of Research and will support multiple public equity product strategies in the Kansas City office with a focus on companies with greater than $10 billion market capitalization
You will conduct deep, strong fundamental analysis on companies in the financial services sector as well as create and maintain detailed financial forecasts, models, and relevant industry data
You will identify, develop and present investment recommendations
You will have the opportunity to expand your industry and investment knowledge through meetings with company executives, sell-side analysts, consultants, and industry experts

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in an equity fundamental research role with experience covering the financial services sector
• Strong track record of performance
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Role is located in Kansas City. Candidates must be willing to relocate.

Nice To Haves

• CFA designation or pursuing CFA designation preferred
