About The Position

With Intelligence (now part of S&P Global) is a globally recognized provider of business intelligence, data, and insights within the asset management industry. We deliver high-quality, specialized business information to audiences in both alternative and traditional fund management sectors. This position offers an exciting opportunity to support the team in building and maintaining relationships with institutional investors across the United States. This role will involve research, data analysis, client communications, and attending investor-focused events to help facilitate connections between our organization and key market players. As an Investor Relations Associate, your insights and contributions will be pivotal in supporting the development of our client base and enhancing our outreach strategies.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

  • Ability to travel as needed to attend events and meetings.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in finance, investor relations, or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of investor materials, including presentations, reports, and correspondence.
  • Conduct research to identify potential investors and gather market intelligence.
  • Manage participant lists, create the team’s “work-in-progress" for each event, make all agenda edits, schedule prep calls and advisory board calls, track investor engagement, and maintain the CRM database.
  • Support investor communications, including follow-ups and regular updates through scheduled investor calls and face-to-face meetings for the territories they cover.
  • Attend events and conferences, representing the company and engaging with prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the Investor Relations team to execute outreach initiatives and events successfully to achieve event targets.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and changes in investor preferences.
