About The Position

You help lead a team of cross-functional partners and external vendors to meet
the overall program objectives focusing on mechanical engineering design,
development planning and validation cycles of new iPhones. Your ability to deep
dive into material fundamentals, creatively solve challenging logistics and
technical problems, and collaborate and work well with inter-disciplinary teams
are key to delivering the best material solutions and products to our customers.

Requirements

• Ability to lead multi-functional communication between project teams and external vendors

• BS Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent
• Deep experience in NPI project management and mechanical engineering
• Ability to travel/work internationally 25% of year

• Ability to independently drive projects though rapid development cycles and deliver a product
• Detailed knowledge of product development processes and strong understanding of manufacturing processes
• Understand technical issues and drive them to closure by bringing together key partners for decision making
• Provide project status across a wide spectrum of contributors to executive management
