You’ll juggle priorities like a pro, help optimize workflows, uplift teammates, educate caregivers, and keep service running smoothly with skill, empathy, and a can‑do attitude. Requirements

  • 2 or more years of experience in technical support -OR- at least one current certification in technology related field
  • Experience using Knowledge management tools

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's Degree in IT or IT related equivalent field of study
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems or another related field of study
  • Coursework/Training: Current certification A+, Network+, CCNA, MCSE, RHCE, MCSA, CSA, ACE, CCIE, or MSDBA.
