You will manage high-impact projects, coordinate global ticket queues, and influence the digital agility of teams developing world-changing technology right on our Westminster campus.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or an Associate’s Degree in Information Technology plus 2 years of related experience. An equivalent education plus four years of related experience will also be considered.
  • Relevant IT certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA A+, etc.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English are required.
  • Excellent organization skills.
  • Utilize an ITSM to accurately document all technical information and effectively manage the ticket lifecycle.
  • Skills to set up, operate, and troubleshoot a wide variety of equipment and systems.
  • Thorough experience with Windows, mobile devices, tablets, printers, and conference room equipment.
  • Basic network troubleshooting experience.
  • Basic experience with macOS and Linux to deploy and troubleshoot the OS using existing tools and documentation.
  • Experience with Google Workspace for enterprise collaboration is a plus.

Nice To Haves

  • Relevant industry certifications such as CompTIA A+ or ITIL.
  • Direct experience supporting Google Workspace in an enterprise environment.
  • Familiarity with Linux deployment and troubleshooting tools.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the frontline ambassador for Corporate IS, delivering world-class desktop support and hardware deployment for both onsite and remote users.
  • Master a diverse tech stack by troubleshooting high-end Dell and Apple hardware, mobile devices, and integrated conference room systems.
  • Collaborate across a cohesive global IS network to resolve complex technical challenges and ensure office-wide operational efficiency.
  • Take ownership of the service lifecycle, from proactive inventory control and process improvement to participating in strategic IT projects.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable solutions for a diverse community of users.
