In this pivotal role, you will lead all front office operations for the 361 ISRG Commander and Command Group—driving administrative excellence, enabling mission success, and serving as the connective tissue across a 720‑member organization spanning five squadrons, one detachment, and multiple operating locations. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience. Additional experience may considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Must possess a Top Secret/SCI security clearance on day one.
  • Knowledge of manpower, personnel, education, family readiness, and service operations within the 361 ISRG.
  • Proficiency with office automation software (letters, reports, spreadsheets, databases, graphs).
  • Knowledge of PA/FOIA laws and DoD regulations governing release of information.
  • Knowledge of safety, security, personnel management, and EEO regulations.
  • Skill in fact‑finding, problem analysis, and development of actionable solutions.
  • Ability to gather, analyze, and present facts; communicate tactfully; plan and organize work; and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to analyze, plan, and adjust work operations across organizational segments to meet program requirements.
  • Knowledge of security procedures for handling classified material and applying classification guidance.
  • Experience managing and responding to formal taskings from senior leadership or higher headquarters.

Responsibilities

  • Executive & Front Office Support Manages schedules, appointments, travel, correspondence, and multiple calendars for the Commander and Senior Enlisted Leader. Ensures smooth, professional daily operations of the front office and maintains a welcoming, organized environment.
  • Primary Communication & Coordination Hub Serves as the central point of contact for the Commander and Command Group, handling calls, visitors, and official communications. Coordinates with internal units, higher headquarters, external agencies, and partner organizations to support mission requirements.
  • Information & Records Management Maintains organized physical and electronic filing systems, manages sensitive information, and ensures timely distribution of critical updates. Uses technology tools to streamline information flow and enhance communication efficiency.
  • Policy, Procedures & Workflow Optimization Develops and implements office processes, analyzes workflow, and recommends improvements to enhance administrative efficiency and mission support.
  • Briefing & Document Support Prepares, edits, and coordinates briefing materials, presentations, reports, and official documents for the Commander and Command Group.
  • Special Projects & Event Support Leads and coordinates special projects, Distinguished Visitor engagements, Commander Calls, task management processes, and administrative programs such as FOIA, Privacy Act, and other command-level requirements. Develops spreadsheets, trackers, and databases to support organizational planning and personnel-related initiatives.
  • Commander Support Staff (CSS) Functions Executes administrative actions such as awards and decorations processing, personnel updates, travel requirements, special duty rosters, and other CSS tasks. Coordinates with personnel flights and maintains awareness of manpower documents, personnel regulations, and organizational requirements to provide accurate guidance to leadership.
  • Administrative & Management Services Supports a broad range of administrative services including budget coordination, procurement actions, logistics, property accountability, space management, telecommunications, records management, mail, travel, and office equipment needs.
  • Task Management Oversight Manages the Titan task management process by receiving, assigning, tracking, and coordinating responses to internal and external DoD and Air Force taskings, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
