About The Position

Leidos has an opening for an ISS Program Stowage and Disposal Integrator to support the ISS Mission Resource Integration and Operations Office in Houston, Texas. The integrator will be part of the Cargo Mission Contract team and will perform mission support for the ISS Mission Resource Integration and Operations Office and manage, integrate, lead analysis and requirements to integrate stowage and waste disposal constraints for ISS. Primary Responsibilities: Manage stowage and disposal analysis and requirements for the ISS Program. Including coordination with stakeholders and hardware owners across the ISS Program and International Partners (IPs). Manage and lead stowage constraints, and stowage requirements, and waste management per the applicable Generic Groundrules, Requirements, and Constraints (GGR&C), SSP50621, Generic On-Orbit Stowage Constraints and Requirements (OSCAR), and SSP50481, Management Plan for Waste Collection and Disposal. Deliver, oversee implementation, and provide tactical and strategic stowage and disposal assessments and recommendations with associated risk to the ISS Program for approval and implementation. Oversee, develop, integrate, and execute stowage and disposal plans with the Inventory Stowage Officers (ISO) and the Increment Management Team (IMT). Develop, coordinate, and resolve issues associated with stowage and disposal plans among the Government’s IPs and Commercial Partners. Lead multilateral coordination with the IPs for tactical and long-term strategic planning; support the ISOs and IMT for IP coordination on tactical and real-time operations. Provide reconciled Increment stowage and disposal Post Increment Evaluation Report(PIER) and Balance of Contribution (BoC) data. Participate in ISS Program Boards, Panels, forums, working groups, and Joint Operations Panels (JOP) as necessary to represent ISS Program stowage and disposal, maintain situational awareness, and support decision making. Provide CoFR for the Mission Integration and Operations Office and periodic reporting to the ISS Management Center (IMC). Coordinate and lead updates to SSP 50481, Management Plan for Waste Collection and Disposal, and SSP 50621, Generic On-Orbit Stowage Constraints and Requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and 5 years relevant experience, including project management experience.
  • Experience with NASA ISS program.
  • Organized, proactive, and communicates clearly with ability to present clearly and concisely to program level boards to facilitate management decisions.
  • Computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Must be U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident due to length investigation for non-U.S. persons.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Microsoft Project skills is desired.
