About The Position

Overview Serve as a liaison between customers, the Information Systems and Technology (IST) division, and Corporate in this vital position maintaining mobile device deployment, maintenance and auditing. Responsibilities Serve as the focal point for the IST Division's mobile device deployments Create Purchase Orders and work with telecom vendors during the procurement process Work closely with colleagues to determine eligibility for mobile device programs Maintain an in-house inventory of mobile devices available for deployment Participate in IT Asset Management by ensuring all devices are properly assigned Assist colleagues with device setup, application installation and perform minor troubleshooting where necessary

Requirements

• 1 + years of relevant experience
• Superior customer service skills, excellent organizational skills and strong verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with IT equipment lifecycle including procurement, deployment and retirement
• Possess independent problem solving and self-direction skills with a strong attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• High School diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree
• Experience with SAP
