The Amazon Web Services (AWS) sales organization is looking for an experienced Solutions Architect Leader to grow and lead a team of Solutions Architects who support our largest Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) customers. In this role you and your team will partner with sellers as part of an account team, to drive business outcomes for your customers. You will lead, motivate, and coach your team in developing relationships with technical executives, guide customers in using architecture best practices, partner with product teams to invent new solutions on behalf of your customers, develop internal processes. You will also coach your team in scaling their learnings through internal and external publications and speaking engagements. Your customers consist of the largest public and fastest growing software companies who provide business applications for enterprises, processing billions of transactions per day.
