Requirements

Proven interpersonal and communication skills
Proven ability in analyzing, communicating, testing, and verifying IT system-level requirements
Should demonstrate ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities, driving towards completion.
Experience in process mapping and modelling.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Ability to balance multiple tasks/priorities, consistently meeting deadlines.
Currently enrolled in one of the following programs or equivalent: Information Technology - Software Development Track Computer Science Information Systems

Responsibilities

Assist with desktop support as needed.
Monitor systems performance and capacity and make adjustments to prevent performance deterioration.
Resolve complex system software questions or problems, including those problems arising from their systems interaction with other systems on the Company network
Harmonize instrumentation, software, and systems across Cambrex for efficiency, savings, better knowledge, faster results, and more satisfied customers
Create, maintain, and update documentation
Coordinate service providers to schedule work.
Coordination of corporate/local system needs and expansions.
Assist with special projects as needed.
