About The Position

The IT Analyst is responsible for providing outstanding IT support to internal and external customers and maintaining a stable workflow of in-house trouble tickets and IT related projects. This position is an in-person, in-office role.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience
• 2-3 years of direct experience in Information Technology
• Proficient in Windows, Linux
• Willing and ready to exemplify HHIT’s core values on a daily basis
• Responsible for protecting data entrusted to HHIT by customers or other parties by strictly adhering to HHIT’s data security and privacy policies and procedures, as well as HIPAA, PIPEDA and all other applicable law.
• Speaking and writing English is a requirement for this position
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times

Nice To Haves

• Experience within Healthcare Industry preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain responsibility for the installation and troubleshooting of hardware and software, either in-person or remotely
• Analyze and resolve user hardware and software computer issues
• Provide training to team members where necessary
• Configure and deploy new hardware
• Respond to Help Desk requests
• Communicate system-wide technology issues in a timely manner
• Participate in on-call rotation
• Provisions and maintains M365 accounts and software
