Job Description Role Summary We’re seeking a people‑oriented, adaptable IT Support Technician with strong diagnostic and troubleshooting aptitude, capable of supporting a wide range of technologies including iOS devices, Windows systems, retail POS, and AV conference room equipment. This role is highly visible across the organization and supports everyone from frontline retail associates to senior regional leaders. You’ll operate a tech bar, deliver in‑person and remote support, contribute to project work, and help drive a best‑in‑class customer experience. This role requires being onsite five days per week (Iliff or designated retail locations) and the ability to drive a fleet vehicle with a valid driver’s license.
