Requirements

  • College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science, information systems, and/or 4+ years equivalent work experience.
  • In-depth, hands-on knowledge of and experience with enterprise and desktop applications.
  • Proven experience with troubleshooting principles, methodologies, and issue resolution techniques.
  • Broad knowledge of programming languages and techniques, including SQL/NoSQL.
  • Able to develop and interpret technical documentation for training and end-user procedures.
  • Knowledge of trends in technology relating to software applications.
  • Security Awareness.
  • Experience with building and maintaining databases for query and problem tracking.
  • Good understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives.
  • Highly self-motivated and directed.
  • Ability to absorb new ideas and concepts quickly.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Ability to conduct research into software development and delivery concepts, as well as technical application issues.
  • Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.
  • Very strong customer service orientation.
  • Excellent written, oral, interpersonal, and presentational skills.
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate product vision and strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer feedback to inform product direction.
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps, prioritizing features and enhancements for maximum business value.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, stakeholders) to translate business needs into technical requirements and user stories.
  • Oversee end-to-end product development, ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery within budget.
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate agreements, and report on budget line items.
  • Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), analyze data and user feedback, and drive continuous product improvement.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and user satisfaction.
  • Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Plan and support product provisioning, deprovisioning, and staff training for smooth operational transitions.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on product performance, project status, and key milestones to senior management.
