Administer and support applications utilized by the organization to include upgrades, maintenance, and enhancements o This could include revising logic, troubleshooting bugs, testing corrections, and verifying functionality achieves the desired result Demonstrate an expert level of application understanding, and apply expertise to help meet organizational goals Independently understand, analyze, communicate, and configure system controls and parameters Administer support request and project initiation processes Support improvements to work processes and applications that lead to increased workplace productivity, efficiency, and satisfaction Generate various project metrics to provide oversight and ensure consistent information is available to the project teams Assist with vendor issue management, notifications, bulletins, and releases o This could include management of escalated issues, performance, and organizational needs Support Application Solutions teams with project and process deliverables as needed Other duties as assigned
