About The Position

The IT Asset Coordinator manages and tracks IT assets to ensure compliance with vendor contracts and organizational policies. This role involves working with asset owners, vendors, and IT leadership to proactively assure data consistency, cost optimization, and risk reduction.

Requirements

• Associates Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Administration or related field and the equivalent of one (1) year of full-time IT experience; or
• High School diploma or High School Equivalency diploma and the equivalent of three (3) years of full-time IT experience.
• Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited school, college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track IT assets to ensure compliance with vendor contracts and organizational policies.
• Work with asset owners, vendors, and IT leadership to assure data consistency.
• Optimize costs related to IT assets.
• Reduce risks associated with IT asset management.
