Our IT Associates work daily with our Chief Technology Manger to help manage the daily operation of our branches. They work on a ticket based system and assist our employees with all technological issues. Some daily tasks/issues may include but not limited to: Computer, Printer, & Phone Service Requests Dashlane Setup & Password Management Internet Connectivity Mobile Phone & Laptop Support Remote Work Setup Email Security Management Copier Toner Ordering Software Troubleshooting (SoftPro, Outlook, Microsoft Office) Basic M365 administration
