2026, IT Business Analyst Intern
About The Position
This is a 10-week summer internship program running from June 1 to August 7, 2026. This role is for candidates currently pursuing a college or university degree with an accredited institution and consists of on-the-job learning, along with a final presentation, in addition to any depart-ment-specific projects and tasks. The IT Business Analyst Intern will have the opportunity to sup-port the IT function across a broad swath of initiatives including specific business-line analyses, project management, process optimization, and ad-hoc projects. Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
- Rising junior or senior at an accredited college or university.
- Business Administration, Finance, or other related majors preferred.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with project management and agile methodologies is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Analyze operational data & processes across different functions (Finance, Claims & UW).
- Recommend technological and operational improvements.
- Draft SOPs for various departments to increase standardization.
- Ad-hoc projects to increase standardization.
- Ad-hoc projects within the broader Operations & IT functions.
