Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years in a Business Analyst role supporting complex technical products or systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate with executives, managers, and SMEs.
  • Working knowledge of Web Development, SDLC, Agile, Jira (or equivalent), SQL, HTML, XML; prior API experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Work with project leadership and stakeholders to evaluate new projects and develop estimates for the length of time expected to deliver.
  • Work within Scrum teams to develop clear user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
  • Partner with Product Owners to refine and maintain backlog items that align to business vision and strategic objectives.
  • Produce detailed artifacts (process diagrams, flowcharts, interaction diagrams, functional specs) to document scope and ensure clarity.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business, operations, and technology stakeholders by clarifying needs, challenging assumptions, and identifying opportunities for optimization.
  • Maintain best practices for requirements gathering, documentation standards, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Apply advanced analysis techniques (process mapping, data flow diagrams, root cause analysis) to support complex problem‑solving.
  • Develop and maintain high‑quality documentation including requirements, acceptance criteria, business process flows, system interaction diagrams, and data dictionaries.
  • Ensure requirements account for scalability, security, quality, and usability.
  • Partner with Product Owners, Engineering, QA, and business leaders to translate strategic goals into actionable requirements.
  • Build deep knowledge of the technical ecosystem—front‑end experiences, backend services, core APIs, and data flows.
