Responsibilities

  • Work directly with business partners to understand the individual needs of the business
  • Analyze current business processes and make recommendations for improvement based on industry trends and professional business knowledge
  • Business process mapping current state and future state, understand gaps and work with the business process owners to document business requirements and help translate those business requirements into technical specifications
  • Ability to help with the traceability of business requirements, to design, development through to test cases and outcomes that meet the users’ needs
  • Work with IT, business users, and project teams to define specifications requirements for project implementations
  • Design potential solutions to address business user problems working closely with IT
  • Develop end-to-end test cases at the application level to ensure quality system results
  • Perform quality assurance during and after implementation
  • Define management reporting and user dashboard requirements
  • Help design, document and maintain system processes
  • Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to IT team for continuous software and systems improvements
  • Communicate key insights and findings to IT development team
  • Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer
  • Assist in the development of KPI reports production, automation, and validation
  • Manage, interpret, and validate data that is produced by the system to ensure that it meets key stakeholders’ needs
  • Provide recommendations for possible process changes to help optimize current procedures in support of maximizing outcomes.
  • Conduct system audits to optimize system utilization and reporting output.
