POSITION SUMMARY: This co-op position will assist IT with the execution of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) initiative in support of Business Analysis, Testing & Quality Assurance business functions which include the following: Assist with requirements gathering, documentation, and process mapping for ERP modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Procurement. Support data migration activities, including data cleansing, reporting, validation, and testing. Participate in system configuration under the guidance of senior analysts and implementation consultants. Execute test scripts, log defects, and track resolution during system testing cycles. Help develop user training materials, job aids, and reference documentation. Provide go‑live support, including troubleshooting, ticket triage, and user assistance. Analyze business processes and recommend improvements aligned with ERP capabilities. Assist with project coordination tasks such as meeting notes, status tracking, and follow‑up actions. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION: Hands‑on experience with a full ERP implementation lifecycle. Exposure to cross‑functional business processes and enterprise technology. Practical skills in systems analysis, testing, data management, and project coordination. Mentorship from experienced IT and business professionals. Requirements

  • Enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program in Information Technology or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Interest in ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
  • Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel & Visio applications
  • Curiosity, willingness to learn, and comfort working in a fast‑paced project environment.
  • Ability to regularly walk, sit, or stand
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check

  • Exposure to any Enterprise software package. Examples: ERP
