Then come and join our global team as an IT Commodity Management Co-Op. This is a role well suited for a highly motivated student looking to build their skill set and gain hands-on experience. As an It Commodity Management Co-Op, you will be responsible for: Manages (Sub) Commodities cross-business (for specific material field) or for one business, and fosters cross-functional alignment. Coordinates and manages a virtual/line management team to achieve optimum conditions and savings through collaborative, targeted activities and to increase profit from global and cross-business or sourcing for one business. Defines (Sub) Commodity structure, organization and strategy in alignment with Management; develops and implements material productivity measures to achieve the maximum contribution to the targets. Communicates the strategies to ensure long-term, cost-efficient supply of materials. Negotiates frame contracts; defines core assortment; documents frame contracts in relevant Supplier Management IT-systems. Forwards systematically all relevant Procurement related project information (e.g. updated contractual conditions, Supplier Management data) to keep all project participants up to date. Identifies particular procurement risks, opportunities and market forces to avoid potential damage/ exploit potential opportunities through risk and change management. Performs Supplier Management, in particular Supplier Development to obtain and develop the best suppliers and to ensure an optimum supply chain. Required skills and education to have for the success of this role: Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program, majoring in Supply Chain Management, or any Business field (rising senior preferred) Minimum 3.0 GPA (preferred) The pay range for this position is $24-$40 hourly; however, base pay offered may vary depending on education, skills, and experience. Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program, majoring in Supply Chain Management, or any Business field (rising senior preferred)
