About The Position

This individual possesses the solid engineering fundamentals and understanding with some supervision in the design, development and program of methods, processes, and systems to consolidate and analyze unstructured, diverse “big data” sources to generate actionable insights and solutions for client services and product enhancement. Interacts with product and service teams to identify questions and issues for data analysis and experiments. Develops and codes software programs, algorithms and automated processes to cleanse, integrate and evaluate large datasets from multiple disparate sources. Identifies meaningful insights from large data and metadata sources; interprets and communicates insights and findings from analysis and experiments to product, service, and business managers. Gathers data from various internal and external sources, clean and amalgamate that data, and use their programming, math, statistical, and analytical skills to interpret it. Extracts data from multiple sources, using machine learning tools to organize data, process, clean, and validate the data, analyze the data for information and patterns, develop prediction systems, present the data clearly, and propose solutions and strategies. Responsible for leveraging data innovation and domain knowledge to identify business problems and solve them using advanced mathematics and programming. Develops predictive models for business problems and all associated activities such as data study, exploratory data analysis, and model production readiness. Collaborates with Data Engineers and Data Analysts to design robust models for the business. Participates at design reviews and project meetings.
