Requirements

  • Associate degree in STEM field or equivalent experience
  • Strong knowledge of operating systems
  • Strong knowledge of M365 and other desktop-based and cloud-based applications
  • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networks
  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory concepts and administration utilities
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Current Certification: A+, Network+, Security+, Cisco, Microsoft or ITIL
  • One year experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking

  • Interest and aptitude for developing Cybersecurity skills
  • Must be customer focused and team-oriented
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, research, and resolve endpoint technical issues
  • Responsible for deskside and remote support for operating systems, local applications, and access to a server or cloud-based applications
  • Utilize, create, and maintain documentation for existing and new systems
  • Travel to remote Company business sites as needed
  • Configure and support company softphones and telephony systems
  • Works on special projects or research as needed.
  • Support Cybersecurity tools
  • Assist with LAN/WAN management
