Your Impact As an IT Endpoint Engineer, you are the functional engine of the IT Operations team. You are an enabler and a facilitator for a high-performing technology company. This role is designed for a technically proficient engineer who excels at executing established processes while looking for opportunities to automate repetitive tasks. You will ensure our global fleet is secure and our "Identity-First" architecture remains seamless for every Axon employee. Location: Scottsdale, AZ, Seattle, WA, Atlanta, GA, or Boston, MA

Requirements

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in administration of Tier 1 SaaS services (Okta, Google Enterprise, M365, or Zoom).
Endpoint Proficiency: Demonstrated experience managing device management platforms (Jamf, Intune, or similar).
Scripting & Logic: Proficient in PowerShell or Bash for automating tasks and a strong understanding of API-based integrations.
Identity Knowledge: Solid understanding of SAML, OAuth, RBAC, and user provisioning.
Operational Mindset: Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work under pressure while maintaining high standards for documentation and communication.

Responsibilities

Execute Technical Playbooks: Act as the hands-on engineer for integrating acquired companies, following the "Axon IT Ops M&A Playbook" to handle SaaS application disposition and remote laptop provisioning.
Identity & Access Management: Manage the Workday → Okta provisioning pipeline. Execute automated Joiner/Mover/Leaver (JML) workflows and maintain Okta Identity Governance (OIG) to ensure proper access controls.
Endpoint Management: Maintain and troubleshoot Axon’s endpoint fleet using Jamf Pro (macOS/iOS), Microsoft Intune (Windows), and Tanium. Ensure autonomous patch management and sensor health.
Platform Migrations: Support "Project Neo" (Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace migration) by executing identity sequencing, mail cutovers, and ensuring calendar coexistence.
Workflow Automation: Develop and maintain Okta Workflows and custom API integrations to bridge gaps between ServiceNow, Slack, and Jira, reducing manual ticket volume.
