About The Position

The Enterprise Operations IT Manager is responsible for overseeing the performance, reliability, and operational excellence of enterprise-level IT systems and services. This role manages day-to-day IT operations, leads a team of technical professionals, ensures high availability of critical applications and infrastructure, and drives continuous improvement across operational processes. The manager collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, and leadership to support business objectives, maintain compliance, and execute strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • 8 years relevant progressive experience with Bachelors in related field; 6 years relevant progressive experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 12 years relevant progressive experience.
  • Minimum TS/SCI required to start, candidate must be willing and able to complete a CI poly once employed

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage enterprise IT operations, including infrastructure, systems administration, network services, and application support.
  • Oversee daily operational activities to ensure system uptime, service quality, and compliance with SLAs.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain operational policies, procedures, and standards aligned with industry best practices.
  • Manage incident, problem, and change management processes, ensuring timely resolution and root-cause analysis.
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure secure, compliant, and resilient operations.
  • Partner with business units to understand operational needs and translate requirements into actionable plans.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of IT operations specialists, administrators, and analysts.
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and performance metrics for technology service providers.
  • Monitor system performance and operational trends to identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
  • Participate in budgeting, resource planning, and strategic roadmap development.
  • Ensure disaster recovery and business continuity plans are maintained and tested regularly.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reliability, and service delivery.
