About The Position

Help Desk Technician Location: Brewster, NY Pay Range: $20 – 27 / hour This position is Full-Time, On-Site 5 days a week What You’ll Do Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and in person Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues Support company applications including Microsoft Office and ERP systems Set up and configure computers, peripherals, and user equipment Assist with VPN, remote access, and basic network issues Document support tickets, resolutions, and knowledge base articles What We’re Looking For Associate’s degree in Information Technology or related field (Bachelor’s preferred) 2+ years of experience in a Help Desk or technical support role Working knowledge of Windows OS, computer hardware, and common software Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN) Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and work independently Why Join Us? Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in Information Technology or related field (Bachelor’s preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience in a Help Desk or technical support role
  • Working knowledge of Windows OS, computer hardware, and common software
