Bethel Farms is seeking an IT Help Desk Technician to support the day-to-day technology needs of our team across multiple locations. This role will serve as the first line of support for employees experiencing technical issues and will help ensure our users, devices, and systems remain productive and operational. The Help Desk Technician will handle user support requests, assist with hardware and software setup, troubleshoot common technical issues, and help maintain our IT systems and documentation. This position reports to the VP of Supply Chain & Technology and works closely with the IT Systems Administrator.
